Is VAT included?

All items are priced with VAT included.

Are shipping costs included?

All orders over £75 qualify for free delivery, orders for under this amount will be charged £6.95. 

What are the processing / delivery times?

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days, with orders placed after 10am on Friday and over the weekend/bank holiday being processed the following Monday. 

Our standard delivery service is a 3-5 working days delivery estimate – This service is free with orders over £75.

Our express delivery service works on a 1-2 working days delivery estimate – This service is £6.95 with orders over £75, and £12.95 under £75. The cut off for this service is 10am, orders placed after this time will not be processed until the following working day. Due to courier demands, this service is not always guaranteed – Please contact our team is you have any questions or concerns regarding this.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer discounts based on one total order value – These are automatically applied at checkout, delivery is not included. 

£250+ – 5%

£500+ – 10%

£750+ – 15%

£1000+ – 20%

Do you have a collection option?

Yes, we have a collection service available at checkout. Customers choosing this service can expect their order to be ready the next working day. The collection postcode is HU6 7QD (Ino-Plaz Ltd) and an email confirmation will be sent when the order is ready.

What is the edge finish of your acrylic panels?

All of our acrylic panels, shapes and blanks are cut on a laser, giving the edges a soft, smooth finish. 

Can you cut to size?

We can cut to any size you require – Email the size you require to [email protected] for a quote.

Do panels come with protective film on them?

All our items are sent out with protective film on both sides (Except Mirror colours which only have film on the front) The film is easy to remove, use your nail to lift the edge and then pull the film off gently. 

How do you clean acrylic panels?

Do not use any harsh chemicals or bleach to clean items as this can craze the material. Use warm soapy water and a clean cloth.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship internationally.

My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?

If your order has arrived damaged, ensure to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Please provide images of the parcel/packaging if this is in poor condition upon arrival, as well as clear evidence of any damaged items. 

We urge all of our customers to check through their orders upon arrival. Damages/replacements will not be covered if customers fail to contact us within 24 hours.

Perspex Panels cannot accept responsibility if items have been damaged during use/in production.
